This filter combines fine mechanical filtration with high-performance adsorption and scale inhibition to deliver consistent, high-quality water:
1-Micron Carbon Block: Removes more than 99% of particulate matter at 1 micron while achieving greater than 95% chlorine reduction. The dense carbon block also provides highly effective cyst reduction, including Cryptosporidium and Giardia.
Activated Coconut Carbon: Improves taste and odour while reducing chlorine and organic contaminants. Coconut carbon is chosen for its high adsorption capacity and clean filtration performance.
Scale Inhibitor: Helps reduce scale formation, protecting appliances, RO membranes, and internal system components.
Tested and certified under NSF/ANSI Standard 42 (material requirements), the Crystal Pure® OCP400 delivers up to 20,000 gallons (≈ 75,700 litres) of chlorine reduction capacity and is designed for annual replacement.
